Lyrics

I wish I could fade down beneath my skin
I wish I could faded underneath my skin
I wish I could see you outside tonight
I wish I could hold all the broken bones
Wouldn't you like to?

I think I'd like to soar with you,
I'm not sure
You love the wind kissing your face

I brought my vintage radio
My transmitter and TV
It's dark and starry out here
It's late just like it should be
I'd like to speak with one friend
(I want you to love me)
Who faced her heart on the end
(I am ugly)
And so I turn on the machines
And find her deep in the screen

This is one of the first Barlow tracks ever recorded. It is also the only Barlow track where no version of it has appeared on an official Barlow
release. It was originally released on Soundcloud under the name "Hastur", and later on the Lo-Fi by Default Sampler Vol. 2 compilation under
the name "Galaxia." Most times when it's referred to though, it's called Hastur. Jake and Ethan couldn't decide on the title, with Ethan liking
Hastur and Jake liking Galaxia, so when Jake submitted it to the compilation, he used the name Galaxia, and when Ethan put it on Soundcloud,
he used Hastur. They sometimes play this live, but only the first half. This song is also noticably more hi-fi than most other songs from the same
time. Hastur is the name of a creature from the Cthulhu mythos. Hastur was also the working title for a full-length album Barlow was recording
in 2012, which possibly became the Fell Asleep EP.
